Budgeting for multiple grants and multiple fiscal years is often a challenge. Learn how to map a critical path that readily identifies the "black holes" that can cause financial crisis. Learn why each program needs to stand alone before beind a part of the overall budget. You will learn how to: determine if you have enough resources to do all your programs; distribute costs among programs; separate direct and indirect costs. Participants can bring their agency or program budgets and problems or questions. Fee Range: $50 to $80 depending depending on annual budget of nonprofit agencies.
