Breakthrough Thinking: Experiential Learning to Innovation

This ½-day workshop will immerse the participant in experiential learning activities that are meant to promote “breakthrough thinking.”  This is a foundation for innovation.  We can saythat we all want to think outside the box; yet getting there sometimes requires a cognitivenudge.  Experiential learning promotes innovative thinking in response to new customer challenges and changes in the business landscape.
Breakthrough Thinking is a programmed set of experiential learning activities, brought to the US by RSVP Design of Paisley, Scotland.  RSVP is a leading designer and implementer of experiential learning activities.  They work to enable managers, leaders and learning & development professionals to provide high quality learning experiences, through the provision of innovative resources, specialist learning design services and inspirational trainer training.
