The Sacramento Metro Chamber and SARTA bring you Innovate, a newly designed event focused on advancing the region's innovation economy.

Innovate brings together the strengths of both the Metro Chamber and SARTA—it will continue the nine-year legacy of SARTA's Tech Index Luncheon by celebrating the region's technology companies while leveraging the Metro Chamber's track record of bringing prominent thought-leaders to Sacramento.

Innovate will highlight the creativity, efforts and accomplishments of the entire tech community, offering a comprehensive view of innovation and entrepreneurship in the region. Innovate will attract Sacramento's leading businesses, including the top-50 tech companies, along with regional civic leaders and elected officials.

Keynote speaker Tim Williamson, CEO of Idea Village, will share the success story of New Orleans' emergence as a hotbed of entrepreneurship and innovation. Idea Village, a leading driver of this change, was recognized by Inc.com as ''the coolest startup city in America.''  Williamson is known for his highly engaging perspective that will inform and motivate.
