Managing Change: Dealing with Resistance

Resistance is a common response to change. The result is organizations failing to make the changes they are trying to implement.This workshop will focus on individual responses to organizational change. Participants will learn to distinguish between change and transition, the psychological adjustment to change, understand the dynamics of grief and loss, and to take actions to minimize negative impacts on yourself and others.
