Multicultural Youth Leadership Summit

The purpose of MYLS is to advocate leadership skills in multicultural youth aged 13-18. The summit proposes to expose multicultural youth to the possibilities of becoming leaders through teaching and modeling the skills necessary for future leadership positions. MYLS features prominent guest speakers from academic, political and professional fields. The participants will interact in breakout sessions designed to address issues and pose solutions from a youth perspective. On the final day there is a community information day that introduces activities, events and community organizations to participants and parents. Participation is free
