Navy Week Sacramento

A lot of activities will be scheduled! Nothing yet is on the Navy’s calendar. The Navy has arranged for an admiral to come to town to explain what the Navy does - Rear Admiral Douglas “Woody” Beal, http://www.navy.mil/navydata/bios/bio.asp?bioID=906, Deputy Commander, Navy Recruiting Command. He would like to meet with leaders in the community. In addition there are many other Navy personnel - a full band, the Blue Angels. I could list some in an E-mail. A face to face planning meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 21st. I'll know more after attending it.
