Learn to integrate program development and evaluation in a ''logic model'' format. The workshop will provide an overview and review of evaluation research, a focus on developing a logic model framework and designing/modifying data collection tools. You will learn:

• the components of the logic model
• how to develop data collection strategies and tools
• how to apply the logic model to an existing or to-be-developed program
• how to communicate with funders, staff and evaluators to meet your program evaluation needs
