Regional Policy Conference This conference brings the business community together to set the chamber's legislative agenda for the next year. The half-day event begins with a continental breakfast that features a keynote speaker Mark Paul, deputy editor of the Sacramento Bee's editorial pages. Paul, who writes frequently on regional development issues, will discuss the "marriage" between transportation and land use and its implications for our region's future. The morning session will also feature Allan Zaremberg, President and CEO of the California Chamber, who will discuss what a Governor Schwarzenegger Administration will mean for California's businesses.
