Silk Screen: Learn About Screen Process and the Multiple

This 2 day course is designed to offer students a thorough and hands-on introduction to Silk Screen printing. This course is for beginners with little to no experience with printmaking processes as well as seasoned artists looking to explore a new media. Students will gain understanding about the power of large editions for posters, t-shirts, and marketing materials while experiencing the ease at which you can make a large edition of prints through the silk screening process. This class will teach you how to use stencils on screens with the use multiple materials, as well as using a photo-emulsion process. By the end of the 2 day class you will walk away with the knowledge and skills to create your very own silk screen prints!
