Training and Performance Conference

This program is specifically geared for your most pressing needs in learning and performance improvement. It starts with the assumption that in this information age the learning is never going to stop. However, when performance is the question, training is not always the answer. Each of us needs to learn how to more effectively develop learning and performance strategies that will benefit our organizations.
