Workplace Investigations Training
In this training, attorneys Lizbeth ["Beth"] West and Meagan Bainbridge will cover topics including:
- The duty to investigate
- Selecting the right investigator
- The importance of clear investigative scope
- Conducting effective witness interviews
- Synthesizing facts and assessing credibility
- Recognizing and eliminating biases and moral judgments
- The components of a meaningful investigation report

Approved for 3.5 hours MCLE. This program will be submitted to the HR Certification Institute for review.
