Workshop: Building on Your Natural Strengths

This workshop explores how to use one's natural strengths to inspire and direct others. Participants will gain strategies to improve the level of engagement they can inspire in others by learning how they naturally communicate, lead others, and function in a team environment. Participants will also determine what challenges they face as leaders and receive tips that will improve the quality of their performance.
