Running and Yoga go together like peas and carrots; they are perfect compliments to each other. Yoga is a great way to help you gain flexibility, strength and focus. If you have ever felt tightness in your muscles and joints after a run, come and learn some amazing yoga poses that will help you stretch and increase your range of motion! The first half of the seminar will be informational and the second half will be a beginner yoga class tailored for runners.
