SKK’s vision has played a primary role in the transformation of Midtown Sacramento with the development of urban mixed-use projects including L Street Lofts, 1801 L, Q19, Fremont Building and Capitol Park Homes. SKK has numerous projects under construction or in development including The Press @ Midtown Quarter, Arden Gateway, H16 Apartments, E16 Apartments, Natomas Fountains and a multifamily/mixed use development at the site of the former Mansion Inn.
