Memory Spring ''High Performance Memory''

This high energy session delivered by Michael Lawrence Green of Memory Spring is a great opportunity for people to enhance their memory skills and the quality of their lives. Michael has worked with organizations such as SMUD, UC Davis, Sacramento Airport System and Sutter West. Within this dynamic session participants will test their current memory, learn memory keys & influences, and learn different memory methods, including remembering faces and names and key lists. We are inudated with an increasing amount of information that impacts our lives on a daily basis. Unfortunately, most of us haven't developed the memory skills to retain and internalize the information and typically remember only about 10% of the information we receive.
